ECLIPTIC — Gizlilik Politikası

ECLIPTIC hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz ve hiçbir veriyi cihazınızın dışına göndermez. Sunucumuz yok, hesap sistemi yok, analitik yok, reklam yok, üçüncü taraf SDK'sı yok. Tek istisna, yalnızca siz açarsanız çalışan Game Center sıralamasıdır (aşağıda).

Ağ erişimi

ECLIPTIC, çalışırken herhangi bir dış sunucuya istek göndermez. Oyunun tüm içeriği (görseller, sesler, gökyüzü hesapları) uygulamanın içinde üretilir; ay evresi, gezegen konumları ve meteor takvimi cihazınızın tarih ve saatinden matematiksel olarak hesaplanır, internetten alınmaz. İndirme ve güncellemeler yalnızca Apple App Store altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleşir. Game Center sıralamasını açtıysanız skorlarınız Apple'ın Game Center sunucularına gider; bunun dışında ağ isteği yoktur.

Game Center sıralaması (isteğe bağlı)

"Sıralama" ekranı Apple'ın Game Center hizmetiyle çalışır ve yalnızca siz "Game Center'a bağlan" dediğinizde etkinleşir. Bağlandığınızda:

• Sonsuz Mod ve Günün Turu skorlarınız Apple'ın Game Center sunucularına gönderilir ve liderlik tablosunda Game Center takma adınızla görünür. Bağlandığınız anda o güne kadarki en iyi skorunuz da gönderilir.
• Game Center hizmetinin sorumlusu Apple'dır ve Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Biz Game Center'dan yalnızca tablonun kendisini (takma adlar ve skorlar) okuruz ve bağlantı yokken son bilinen sıralamayı gösterebilmek için yalnızca cihazınızda önbellekleriz; cihazınızın dışında hiçbir veri tutmayız, sunucumuz yoktur.
• Ayarlar › "Game Center sıralaması" anahtarını kapattığınızda oyun skor göndermeyi bırakır; cihazda bekleyen gönderimler ve sıralama önbelleği silinir. Daha önce gönderilmiş skorlar Game Center hesabınızda kalır ve Apple'ın Game Center ayarlarından yönetilir.
• Bağlanmazsanız oyun eskisi gibi tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır; hiçbir özellik kilitlenmez.

Konum (isteğe bağlı)

"Kozmik Kalibrasyon" özelliği, gökyüzü hesaplarını (ufuk çizgisi, gün batımı, başucundaki takımyıldız, yerel yerçekimi) bulunduğunuz yere göre yapmak için konumunuzu kullanabilir. Bu özellik tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve şu ilkelerle çalışır:

• Konum yalnızca siz "Hizalamayı Başlat" dediğinizde okunur.
• Koordinat, bir ondalık basamağa (yaklaşık 11 km) yuvarlanır; kesin konumunuz hiçbir zaman saklanmaz.
• Yuvarlanmış değer yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur; hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
• Ayarlardan "Konum kalibrasyonu"nu kapattığınızda saklanan koordinat da silinir.
• İzin vermezseniz oyun, standart koordinatlarla aynen çalışmaya devam eder — hiçbir özellik kilitlenmez.

Hareket sensörü ve pusula (isteğe bağlı)

"Eğimle kayan arka plan" ayarı açıksa cihazın eğimi, yalnızca arka plandaki yıldız alanını kaydırmak için anlık olarak okunur. "Bu gece" kartındaki "Telefonu doğrult" ekranı açıkken cihazın pusula yönü ve eğimi, yalnızca telefonun gökyüzünde nereyi gösterdiğini hesaplayıp Ay'a ya da gezegene ne kadar yaklaştığınızı göstermek için okunur; ekran kapanınca okuma durur. Hiçbir sensör verisi kaydedilmez, işlenmek üzere cihaz dışına çıkmaz.

Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Skorlarınız, bölüm ilerlemeniz, Yıldız Tozu bakiyeniz, katalog seçimleriniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur. Bu verilere bizim erişimimiz yoktur; uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir.

Bildirimler

Gök olayı hatırlatmaları (örneğin bir meteor yağmuru gecesi) cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Push bildirim sunucusu kullanılmaz; bildirim izni vermezseniz hiçbir bildirim planlanmaz.

Çocukların gizliliği

ECLIPTIC hiç kimseden veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.

Gelecekteki değişiklikler

İleride oyuna reklam veya uygulama içi satın alma gibi, veri işleme gerektirebilecek özellikler eklenirse, bu politika söz konusu özellikler yayınlanmadan önce güncellenir ve değişiklik bu sayfada duyurulur.

Veri sorumlusu ve Avrupa Birliği kullanıcıları (GDPR)

ECLIPTIC'i geliştiren ve — veri işlenseydi — veri sorumlusu sayılacak kişi Utku Ovağ'dır; iletişim adresi aşağıdaki e-postadır. Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamadığı, işlemediği ve cihazınızın dışına aktarmadığı için (tek istisna isteğe bağlı Game Center sıralamasıdır: o veriyi Apple kendi hizmeti için işler — bkz. ilgili bölüm):

• Bir işleme faaliyeti olmadığından hukuki dayanak (GDPR md. 6) gerekmez; yurt dışına veri aktarımı da yoktur (Game Center'ı açtıysanız skorlarınız Apple'ın sunucularına gider, başka aktarım yoktur).
• Erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz haklarınızın (GDPR md. 15–21) konusu olabilecek, bizde tutulan hiçbir veriniz yoktur. Cihazınızdaki kayıtlar yalnızca sizdedir ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde birlikte silinir.
• Otomatik karar verme ya da profilleme yapılmaz; çocuklara yönelik ayrı bir veri işleme de yoktur.
• Yine de bir şikâyetiniz olursa, yaşadığınız AB ülkesinin veri koruma denetim makamına başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

ECLIPTIC — Privacy Policy

ECLIPTIC collects no personal data and, with one opt-in exception — the Game Center leaderboard described below — sends nothing off your device. There is no server, no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDK.

Network access

ECLIPTIC makes no requests to any external server while running. Everything in the game — graphics, sound, sky calculations — is generated inside the app; moon phases, planet positions and the meteor calendar are computed mathematically from your device's date and time, not fetched from the internet. Downloads and updates happen only through the Apple App Store. If you have turned on the Game Center leaderboard, your scores go to Apple's Game Center servers; there is no other network request.

Game Center leaderboard (optional)

The "Leaderboard" screen runs on Apple's Game Center and is active only after you tap "Connect to Game Center". When you connect:

• Your Endless Mode and Daily Run scores are sent to Apple's Game Center servers and appear on the leaderboard under your Game Center nickname. When you connect, your best score up to that day is sent as well.
• Apple is responsible for the Game Center service and Apple's privacy policy applies. We only read the leaderboard itself (nicknames and scores) back from Game Center and cache it on your device so it can show the last known ranking offline; we keep nothing off your device and run no server.
• Turning off Settings › "Game Center leaderboard" stops the game from sending scores; pending submissions and the cached leaderboard on your device are deleted. Scores already sent stay in your Game Center account and are managed from Apple's Game Center settings.
• If you never connect, the game keeps working fully offline; nothing is locked.

Location (optional)

The "Cosmic Calibration" feature can use your location to compute the sky (your horizon, sunset time, the constellation overhead, local gravity) for where you actually are. It is entirely optional and works under these rules:

• Your location is read only when you tap "Begin Alignment".
• Coordinates are rounded to one decimal place (roughly 11 km); your precise position is never stored.
• The rounded value is kept only on your device and is never transmitted.
• Turning off "Location calibration" in Settings also deletes the stored coordinate.
• If you decline, the game keeps working exactly as before on standard coordinates — nothing is locked away.

Motion sensor and compass (optional)

If the "Background tilts with device" setting is on, device tilt is read momentarily, only to shift the background starfield. While the "Point your phone" screen in the Tonight card is open, the compass heading and tilt are read only to work out where the phone is aimed in the sky and how close it is to the Moon or a planet; reading stops when the screen closes. No sensor data is ever stored or leaves the device.

Data stored on your device

Your scores, level progress, Stardust balance, catalogue choices and settings live only in your device's local storage. We have no access to them; deleting the app deletes this data.

Notifications

Sky-event reminders (such as a meteor-shower night) are scheduled locally on your device. No push server is used; if you don't grant notification permission, nothing is scheduled.

Children's privacy

Since ECLIPTIC collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Future changes

If features that may involve data processing — such as advertising or in-app purchases — are ever added, this policy will be updated before those features ship, and the change will be announced on this page.

Data controller and users in the European Union (GDPR)

ECLIPTIC is developed by Utku Ovağ, who would be the data controller if any data were processed; the contact address is the e-mail below. Because the app collects no personal data, processes none and sends nothing off your device (the one exception is the optional Game Center leaderboard, where Apple processes the data for its own service — see that section):

• There is no processing activity, so no legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) is required, and there is no transfer of data to any other country (if you turn on Game Center, your scores go to Apple's servers; nothing else is transferred).
• We hold nothing that your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection (GDPR Arts. 15–21) could apply to. What the app stores stays on your device and is deleted with the app.
• There is no automated decision-making or profiling, and no separate processing of children's data.
• Should you still wish to complain, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your EU member state.
